Here is a downloadable PDF of the eight recent GURPS Horror pregen characters suitable for any of the 1980s one-shot adventures listed on the Horror for New Players Roadmap.
The idea is that you should be able to just print this single PDF out using a two-sided color printer and you’ll have the GURPS-O-SCOPIC simplified character sheet on one side, then the GURPSICLE one-page rules on the other.
Bring this (along with an adventure from the list) to a convention’s in-person gaming table, pass some of these out to people who have never role-played before, and you should be ready to go!
Since these were each created for specific adventures — notably The Haunting of Langley Manor (from GURPS Horror 1e) and GURPS Horror: Flight 13 from GURPS 3e — you should check the characters over first to be sure they’ll work for what you are planning. Some of them are combat ineffective. They are all around 125 points.
